What You Need to Know

We believe empowered care begins with clear information. Whether you're exploring new treatment options or preparing for your first visit, this page is designed to guide you with clarity, compassion, and confidence. From therapy details to scheduling and insurance, we’ve gathered answers to the most common questions so you can feel informed, supported, and ready to take the next step in your wellness journey.

Spravato® FAQs

Each Spravato® session lasts approximately 2 hours, including administration and post-treatment monitoring.

Please bring a valid photo ID and any comfort items you prefer—such as a blanket, headphones, or journal. We also offer a variety of comfort items in-office to help you feel at ease.

Every patient responds differently. While some notice improvements within hours or days, others may take longer. Spravato is a treatment—not a cure—for Treatment-Resistant Depression (TRD). Your progress depends on multiple factors, including therapy, self-care, and consistency.

Spravato is typically administered twice weekly for the first 4 weeks, followed by once weekly sessions as part of your ongoing care plan.

The Spravato website lists the steps to get started on Spravato here.

IV Ketamine FAQs

Appointments last about 2 hours. The infusion itself takes approximately 45 minutes, followed by a recovery period.

Please bring a valid photo ID and a form of payment (cash, check, or card). If you’d like, you can also bring comfort items to help you relax during your visit.

Results vary from person to person. Some patients report feeling better within hours, while others may need several sessions. Like all treatments, IV Ketamine works best when paired with therapy, lifestyle support, and consistent follow-up care.

While we understand the desire for support, appointments are private and designed to ensure your safety and comfort under medical supervision. However, for IV Ketamine and Spravato treatments, we do require that you arrive and leave with a designated driver, as you will not be permitted to drive yourself.

Spravato is often covered by insurance. IV Ketamine may not be, depending on your provider. Our team will help you verify coverage and explore payment options.

Yes! We always have a special for first time IV Therapy guests, you can view that special here.

No. For IV Ketamine and Spravato treatments you’ll need to rest after your session and arrange for someone to drive you home. Most patients resume normal activities the following day.

Not necessarily. Your provider will review your current medications to ensure there are no interactions. Always consult your prescribing physician before making changes.

Both Spravato® and IV Ketamine are part of a structured treatment plan. Your provider will recommend a schedule based on your progress and needs.
